PGD Save dialog

The PGD save dialog has three options:

• PGD file - The path to the PGD file to create. The open button allows changing the file.
• Optimise output - Only save options that are different from the default options in PrestoPlot.
• Include X-axis limits - include the X-axis limits in the PGD file.
• Include Y-axis limits - include the Y-axis limits in the PGD file.

Optimised PGD files WILL produce different graphs if the default options are changed or different.
